The YWCA is pleased to offer the community a variety of meeting rooms. We can accommodate a gathering of 10 people and we have room to host over 100. Rentals are traditionally offered per event, with the gym and game room being available hourly as well. We offer free WIFI service so guests can use personal laptops, PDAs and other devices. |

Furnished with traditional chairs, sofa, tables and lamps. There is a working piano. There are sliding doors to close it off.

The dining hall (assembly room)
The Dining Hall has capacity for 70 people. There are 6’ banquet tables and stacking chairs. The room is equipted with overhead lights and ceiling fans. There is a large TV in the room and a small CD player.

*Non-profit is defined as an 503c organization which regularly contributes money, goods or services to the people in the Town of Westfield.
Kitchen
The kitchen adjoins the hall and one fee covers the rental of both rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, dishes, silver and serving items. There is no dishwasher.
Game Room
$30.00 – Potential Member Fee per hour
$20.00 - YWCA Member / Not for Profit group Fee per hour
Add $10.00 per hour for gym and/ or game room if kitchen use is requested.
Gym
Basketball hoops are in place. There is a variety of equipment at the YWCA. You can get more information and details by calling and talking with staff.
You are welcome to bring your own games, etc.

Gym has capacity for 150 people, can seat 200
Groups over 50 must agree to supervise individuals under 21. Child Care guidelines suggest 1 adult for each 5 – 8 youth.
Bed Rooms
In recent years the upstairs of the YWCA has been remodeled and the 5 bedrooms are furnished in period pieces.
There is one large room with a private bath, rooms 1 and 2 share an adjoining bath and rooms 3 and 4 share a hallway bath. The upstairs features a small sitting room with television and a small meeting room with a table and chairs. Guests also have use of the YWCA kitchen and are welcome to use the living room and porch.
Accommodations are available for YWCA members, their guests and others that are referred. While the Y offers short term rentals, long term arrangements can be made.
