Honor Our Past. Secure Our Future.
On April 23, 1894, a group of Westfield women gathered to create a place of support, strength, and opportunity for women and girls in their community.
They began with just 32 members. The early years were uncertain. There was limited funding, no permanent space, and the future was not guaranteed.
Women like Jennie Macomber stepped forward to lead during difficult times, helping keep the organization going when resources were limited and the path forward was unclear.
Their work laid the foundation for what exists today.
For over 130 years, YWCA Westfield has remained a constant in this community.
Now, that future depends on consistent, reliable support.
Join the 1894 Legacy Circle with a monthly gift of $18.94 and become part of the story that began in 1894.
